My basement room is unique in that it is directly under the garage (notice the big steel beams on the ceiling), so it is as big as a 2 car garage. &nbsp;The track has been designed to fit just right. &nbsp;I'm using mostly steel studs to build the walls which should help prevent any moisture or mold in the walls next to the concrete. &nbsp;Hope to be finish the room in a month or two.
