Halloween at our house (2014)
Here are a few pictures as the sun was beginning to set on Halloween night. The setup is best when it's dark out but the pictures don't come out so well. You can see the flying ghost in a few pictures. It flies from one side of the house and back again all night. The 3 large pumpkins have jack-o-lantern faces that sing songs with a short intermission of scary Halloween sounds in between each song. The faces are projected onto the pumpkins from across the yard and a wireless sound system provides the audio. There are jumping spiders and a rising ghost lady in the graveyard. They are all operated by a custom built remote control (Arduino based for those who know what that is), so that we can trigger them at just the right moment.
